The Brazilian government opened its upcoming energy auction to electricity from coal-fired plants this week, and drew fire from environmental groups who accused the government of rolling back its highly touted climate policies.
I wish our government would burn in power plants the fuel that feeds massive wild fires. The fuel sure is efficient in destroying houses.
I wonder why they don’t take a clue from Europe and start burning trees. As “renewables”, according to the eurocrats. Perhaps because trees aren’t as energy dense and a crap fuel with its own kind of dirtiness?
