If EPA cancelled the rule because of privacy concerns, why did it continue to collect the data from the states? I’m sure Sierra Club or NRDC, etc would gladly return all data and not retain any copies.

The Congressman should strive with colleagues to withhold all funding from such an incompetent organization.
