Looks like warrantless searches to me. And guess what, the US Supreme Court could very well take that position, too. For instance, using infra-red imaging from the street to see if it looks like someone has a bunch of grow-lamps for growing marijuana has been thrown out as a warrantless search.
If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, must be a duck.
