The 7 comments at the end of the linked article were interesting. They seemed to think it was a great victory. I saw a news report on economic conditions on both sides of the NY/PA border. It seems like PA has a distinct economic advantage because of fracking. It’s nice to see these activists are celebrating perpetuation of poorer local economies.
