Sucking up won’t save the large Midwest coal-fired utility.

Charleston Gazette environmental writer Ken Ward quotes AEP as saying about the nomination of Gina McCarthy for EPA chief:

Did she do all the things we thought would be best? No, but … she’s trying … to achieve regulatory balance.

Where/when did McCarthy ever try to achieve balance with coal?
