Warmists did not change the name to “climate change”. Please don’t pretend this is their fault. (They did not complain much when it was changed, then eventually exploited the name change, but it was not their idea.)
” ‘global warming’ refers to the long-term trend of a rising average global temperature” and “‘Climate change’, again as the name suggests, refers to the changes in the global climate which result from the increasing average global temperature.”
Now I understand. Global warming is a rising average temperature and climate change, a very different term, is an increasing average temperature. Now I understand and can see how these are very different terms.
If the average global temperature decreases, that’s not climate change?
