EPA e-mail scandal fells Cuomo adviser

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s top environmental adviser has resigned after a year on the job.

Although the Newsday article announcing the Robert Hallman’s exist doesn’t mention the reason, his exit comes on the heels of a Department of Justice release of e-mails to Chris Horner showing that Hallman used a private e-mail acount to work with green groups.
