Agree with br1022 and whitetop; I’ve mentioned this before.
The writer, though, should check his sources. Br’er Rabbit went into the briar patch; he is a character from the Uncle Remus stories by Joel Chandler Harris. Peter Rabbit lost his buttons escaping from the farmer (I think MacGregor) in Beatrix Potter’s story. Gosh, we’ve got to get our facts right if we’re going to be taken seriously.
Our elected servants need to investigate this fraud, and it is nothing but pure fraud, sue the guilty organizations and their lawyers who file the suits. Disbar the lawyers and force the organizations to repay the money plus a high rate of interest.
I’ve been whining here about this practice for a while. It’s about time someone else noticed.
