What was especially worrisome to me was that Jackson had impressive credentials and still put forth remarkably inane Nader points. Chancellor Markel and President Obama are the same way. It is astounding on how a law teacher understands almost nothing about law.
The witch is gone, but the EPA is still there, ready to serve its client.
