The Vermont socialist proposes a carbon tax. Maybe he figures Boehner can’t say no to anything.

Senator Sanders should try to float this one past the Russians, East Europeans, Chinese, etc., et al. They are experiencing an albedo augmented frigid winter.
Think they’ll vote for ANYTHING that gets them colder???
