The very nature of the government rent-seeking business model will tend to draw hucksters or to make hucksters out of those who get into the cycle. If the part that gets them subsidies is so very corrupt, and in public at that, what the heck do we expect under the table?
Has any of this clean energy issue been anything less than fraud? These developers get federal money to build these fraudulent projects and then they have to cheat the landowners to get more money. Greed.
