My sweetheart is a lunch lady. Our schools have embraced less of the Obama lunch plan than many but it still results in a lot of tossed food.
She is facing full scale resistance from the students. I have it from parents that the kids are refusing the healthy meals in mass and are now pooling their lunch money and parents are buying chick-fl-a meals, and other outlets meals, and returning with these meals to the schools during the lunch period.
