Cruz Sworn In As Texas’ First Hispanic US Senator, Will Introduce Bill To Repeal ‘Obamacare’

“Cruz could become a rising star among Capitol Hill conservatives following the retirement of tea party leader U.S. Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina” — of course, DeMint didn’t even bother to vote on the fiscal cliff deal.

  1. As I understand, bills to repeal Obamacare were passed 30 times in 2012. What is the point? To show that Ted cruz is an idiot? He did that for sure.

  2. “a bill he knows will never pass”. And then maybe there’s lots of votes for a bill they know will never pass. And then it passes. Or maybe not, but at least someone has the guts to try, and guts are in short supply in D.C.

Dare I say, ‘Ted Cruz For President’?
