  1. Really simple, if the data don’t show what you want, fix the data.
    Sounds like the old joke about the guy interviewing three accountants. The first two give long, detailed explanations of how they do their job and the accuracy from their methods, the third says “what number do you want?” This seems to be the state of climate science.

  2. Pointing out fudging like this will be central to defending against the National Climate Assessment and Development Advisory Committee or NCADAC assessment, which is designed to promote cap-and-trade and other bad ideas.
