I have a bad feeling that this is evidence of nothing more than the Board “checking the block.” In other words, they’ve followed their written standards to the letter (as these responses show plainly), they will do nothing for a reasonable amount of time, and then after a bit of prodding they will write you another letter stating “Oh, THAT investigation. Nope, nothing to see here,” and go on about their business.
You know. Like the recent SCOTUS ruling….
