Well, as long as they have guarantees in writing from the EPA, NRC, Congress, the executive branch, the Supreme Court. and the state that they won’t change the rules … it should be a no-brainer like the Keystone pipleline was. Let’s wait and see what happens before declaring victory. Feels a bit like the chain gang guard telling the prisoner to go for it.
