The Subcommittee on Energy and Power has scheduled the fifteenth day of its hearing on The American Energy Initiative. The hearing will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. This day of the hearing will focus on “What EPA’s Utility MACT Rule Will Cost U.S. Consumers.”
