Whereas we are cursed with the NRDC.
Platts reports:
China’s top economic planning agency, the National Development and Reform Commission, has approved a slew of domestic and foreign oil and natural gas projects by the country’s three main oil majors, including China National Petroleum Corp.’s investment in Shell’s Canadian shale gas project.
The NDRC said in a statement published late Friday that the agency has given approval for CNPC’s unit, China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corp., to acquire a 20% stake in Shell’s Groundbirch shale gas project in northeastern British Columbia.
CNODC will also participate in building a natural gas liquefaction plant…
What an ironic difference letter order makes. The Chinese communists want oil and gas development; U.S. communists don’t.
The difference is that in China the money would go to the Communists.
Anti-Capitalism lasts only as long as the money goes to someone else.
