Now we know what happened to all the glaciers.

I have read elsewhere, and long ago, that glacial ice is prized in bars and restaurants because gases trapped in the ice are slowly released as the ice melts, creating an interesting ‘fizzing’ effect.
Why this form of free enterprise should be criminalized is senseless. Will ice mining somehow create climate disasters?
