Why we’re not broken up (unlike the MSM) about Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe’s coming exit from the Senate.
In commenting about Maine Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe’s decision not to stand for re-election, League of Conservation Voters chief Gene Karpinski told E&E Daily:
During her tenure in the Senate she has earned a solid lifetime LCV score of 65 percent, among the highest lifetime scores in the Republican Party.
Snowe recently refused to join fellow Senate Republicans in a bill to override Obama’s delay of the Keystone XL and she voted against an effort to block the Obama EPA’s Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out Sen. Snowe.
