If the EPA was hawking a cure/treatment/prevention for asthma that involved taking a drug, then the FDA regulations would apply, and the EPA would have to demonstrate safety and efficacy of their regimen through a series of clinical trials involving in vitro testing, animal testing and studies with human subjects that would stand up to peer review.
    Fortunately for their authoritarian agenda, they are able to avoid that complication.
