I’ve been told that IPCC is above national FOI Acts. One way to cover yourself and all those working in AR5 would be to delete all emails at the end of the process

  1. I guess that’s the end of “Transparency,” but what remains clearly transparent is Phil Jones’ efforts to eliminate free exchange of ideas. I guess this is a follow-on per his reply to a well credentialed researcher (Paraphrased quote) “Why should I give you the data if all you’re going to do is to try and find something wrong with it.”

    For what it is worth, that is the essence of “peer review!!!”
