Climategate 2.0: Jones bans dissent on extreme weather

Perish the thought — or rather the climatologist who thinks — that extreme weather isn’t caused by global warming.

From the Climategate 2.0 collection, the University of East Anglia’s Phil Jones apparently says,

There shouldn’t be someone else at [University of East Anglia] with different views [from “recent extreme weather is due to global warming”] – at least not a climatologist.

So it’s a good thing that Myles Allen is at Oxford not UEA.
