New assault on climate skeptics gets underway

Climate alarmists try confusing the public even more about skeptics.

As mentioned earlier today, climate alarmists are tying to discredit skeptics with a new study claiming to show (yet again) that the Earth is warming.

Here’s an article from The Guardian with the basic line of attack.

But the skeptics argument is not that there has been no warming (although the degree of warming is open to dispute) but that there is no evidence that manmade emissions of greenhouse gases have significantly altered global climate, much less is there any evidence that they have altered, or will alter it for the worse (whatever “worse” might mean).

Alarmist scoundrels are coming out of the woodwork for this — e.g., The Guardian quotes NASA’s James Hansen and Climategate’s Phil Jones.
