Rick Perry made our day about the EPA at a Sep. 5 town hall meeting.
According to the Houston Chronicle, Perry announced:
I’ll tell you one thing: The EPA officials we have an opportunity to put in place, they’re going to be pro-business, and there’s not going to be any apologies to anybody about it. Those agencies won’t know what hit ’em.
Perry’s comments stand in stark contrast to those of Mitt Romney, who doesn’t seem to be too perturbed about the EPA’s campaign against the American economy and standard of living.
