Obama Lied to the Europeans
Barack Obama cast himself as a “citizen of the world” when he delivered his well-received campaign speech in Berlin in the summer of 2008. But the US president has now betrayed this claim. In his Berlin speech, he was dishonest with Europe. Since then, Obama has neglected the single most important issue for an American president who likes to imagine himself as a world citizen, namely his country’s addiction to fossil fuels and the risks of unchecked climate change. Health care reform and other domestic issues were more important to him than global environmental threats. He was either unwilling or unable to convince skeptics in his own ranks and potential defectors from the ranks of the Republicans to support him, for example by promising alternative investments as a compensation for states with large coal reserves…
Dreamt Up by Hollywood
For most Americans, the world beyond the US’s borders is nothing more than an irritating nuisance. Hence arguments based on appeals about drowning Bangladeshis, starving Africans and flooded islands in Indonesia have little effect. In Hollywood, the United States has an industry that continually pushes the materialistic ideal of Western prosperity to billions of people around the world, while at the same time bombarding them with apocalyptic visions in the form of disaster movies.
Many Americans clearly also believe that real climate change is just something dreamt up by the entertainment industry…
The Nobel Committee should postpone the award of the Nobel Peace Prize from Dec. 10 to Dec. 20. Only if Obama has achieved a convincing deal at the Copenhagen conference will there be a real reason to honor him.

I am quite tired of the euro trash of the planet thinking that the rest of the world should follow them into economic suicide.; If they wish to stop producing CO2 let them. I am really tired of their continual colonialism. Do what we say or we will punish you. Let them go to their own green demise.
Fact is, there have been plans in communist circles for decades to usurp the office of the POTUS to unify the world under one-world communism. Global Warming is the spawn of this same agenda. Until recently it was almost a certainty that that person would be Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is seemingly the embodiment of the American dream yet lives under the close supervision of an institution of liberals. And given his Aryan pedigree, he was the clear first choice where Germans were concerned.
But somewhere the plan went wrong. The early iterations of the social utopia became what we know as “the welfare state”. And from that welfare state came Obama, the “chosen one”, who would execute the next phase of the plan. Even John McCain scoffed at the suggestion that Obama is a communist but the facts could not be clearer. Born to a single mother, he was adopted into the system at an early age. He attended one of the finest most expensive HSs in America on the governments dime. He attended some of the best colleges in the nation on the government’s dime. He served as a community organizer, helping organizations like ACORN fund whorehouses and illegal immigrations, ON THE GOVERNMENT’S DIME. But he missed his window. Over this same span WE grew tired of affirmative action, racial quotas, and all the claptrap of the overtly corrupt, cash-grabbing schemes of the UN. We saw the Oil for Food scandal, we saw one IPCC prediction after another fail to materialize, and we saw people like Ghadafi and Arafat hailed as humanitarians. And we knew it was a joke.
So as luck would have it Obama got elected right before the other shoe dropped. A week later it may have not happened. But as it is, he was doomed to fail from the start. We are past Obama/UN politics. The secret of the Global Warming hoax is out. Socialized healthcare is dead. Affirmative action is dead. And tax and spend government is in the crosshairs, and every pol on capitol hill knows it. Obama came at precisely the right time to cement the idea that we don’t want an Obama leading us.
So I’m not surprised by the Germans having sour grapes. Again the Global Euro-Communist takeover has failed. For many more years the balance power will be heavily shifted in our favor, not Germany’s or Europe’s as a whole. And we will NEVER sign up for their cash-grabbing, communist hoax. Rather we will flourish while they destroy their own economies through their own bluffs. And at the end of the day, its all because we are a smarter better nation.
Ha Ha. Sorry Der Spiegel. Der Fuhrer Obama is Der Failure. Der Waaaahhhhhh!

Der Spiegel needs to get its head out of its ass on global “climate change”. A true scientific assessment still seems to show we are headed for another ice age.
This is all very non-linear and controlled by the Sun, which we are not even close to fully understanding.
What does Der Spiegel want? Cap and trade? That will hurt Germany as much as it will hurt the other nations. I applaud China, and I think India and Russia not falling for this bullshit.
Clearly the Mack Daddy is POISON for all he touches, and BTW, is NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL OR LEGAL PRESIDENT OF THE USA. I think other countries KNOW THIS. Hence, his usurpation of the Office of US President is going to become, as planned by the Currency Internationale, a disaster for the entire world, perhaps even to the extent of another world war, God forbid it!
The deal is this , he can not bully China here because they hold all the cards (debt) and he has no tools to pry them off of the idea that they can actually feed all their people because their economy is doing well. In spite of a global down turn they still are making some money because they do not have cap an trade to stop them . Isn’t it great how things work like that . the bill will probably die in the Senate unless we have a change in our constitution the bill should be gone , but folks do not stop calling and writing the Senate as they seem to forget what they do one minute after the next.
