  1. You’re splitting hairs here. Redistribution of wealth is the same as stealing the money. Somehow you want to blame Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly for making Obama a hero to the poor. How many of the liberal poor do you think watch Bill O’Reilly or Rush Limbaugh? They don’t. They watch the main stream media, which is always painting Limbaugh as an extremist out of his mind. They watch the main stream media tell them that Obama is going to help them out, give them more money, make their lives easier, all the while bashing big business as the evil-doers.

Typically the redistribution argument doesn’t fly when it comes to elections because the liberal poor generally didn’t vote. Now, with Obama’s ACORN group rounding up homeless people off of park benches, that’s not the case any more. The people ACORN targets couldn’t tell you the day of the week it is, let alone tell you anything that’s going on in government. Easy targets to manipulate. 99% of the registrations turned in by ACORN were for the Democrat party. That’s an impossible number to reach without complete fraud.

  2. I think you’re wrong and tragically misguided in your thinking. The idea of redistributing wealth is actually very attractive to the large chunk of the population that contributes little, pays no taxes and would love some free money. And it was the perception that he WOULD do this got Obama elected. But those peope are NOT the ones who install $100 million dollar military grade solar systems. Your $100 million dollars was “redistributed” to subsidy seeking special interest cronies.

Republicans as a group keep falling into this trap of wanting to call Obama out as some steal from the rich/give to the poor Robin Hood wannabe. What they fail to realize is that Robin Hood is a hero, and Obama is not. All Obama is doing is pulling the same special interest cronyism that the Democrats accused Cheney of pulling with Halliburton for 8 years. But instead of giving it right back, Republicans try to disparage Obama with ideological arguments about him redistributing wealth. But they fail to acknowldege that people who dont work don’t share the same ideals as people who do. And to the non-contributors, the redistribution of wealth is the greatest and best idea ever. And this in turn makes Obama look like a hero instead of the crook that he ACTUALLY IS.

This is what happens when you let Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly put words in your mouth. Rather than taking a second to think about them, you run of an repeat them. And in turn you make Obama a hero, when he is nothing but a crook.

Talk of redistributing wealth is VICTIM MENTALITY from people that very few view as victims at all. If that is your ace-in-the-hole argument against Obama, it’s going to be a long 8 years…

  3. I think solar panels really don’t lose efficiency until 25 years of use. so with inflation and lack of efficiency factored in it might pay for itself in 200+ years if they are lucky. Similar setup on museum here in Denver that might pay for itself in 120 years and it was way cheaper then 100 mil

  4. Welcome to the new world of green economics. Solar panels typically have a 3-5 year life, so this is really a good investment. Weather 24/7 is brutal.

Green jobs, one job created for every two jobs lost.

Why build a road with shovels when you can employ many more people if you forced them all to build roads with spoons.

  5. All Obama administration policies are Trojan Horses. They’re goal is to redistribute wealth, and suppress opposition. Environmental policies are one of the most effective…. They’re not supposed to actual work….
