Insurer won’t cover hydraulic fracturing exposure
I belive the Title says it all. Fortunately, all this will do is protect Nationwide from frivolous lawsuits. Even if there was damage from fracking, any coverage would be provided by the party who caused the problem. This is meaningless hype. Continue reading

EPA Seeking to Lower the PM 2.5 Standard
The EPA is seeking to lower the annual PM 2.5 permit standard to 12-13 ppm and is accepting comments until August 31st.

I have not had a chance to read the entire 167 page tome, but they do not seem to have mentioned our favorite study (Case report: Supraventricular Arrhythmia Following Exposure to Concentrated Ambient Air Pollution Particles) anywhere. Perhaps Milloy’s persistence did have some benefit after all.
