This is a Greenpeace fabrication, supported by Bloomberg News, to spread the lie that China is reducing emissions. Check the IEA projection for China and you will see they expect continued growth in emissions.
If China is building a coal fired power plant every week to add to it’s existing grid, one has to really doubt the statements made in the article.
Why should we expect that the data that is reported by the government of China would be any more believable — or any more accurate — than is the data that is being reported by the lying-through-their-teeth government of that parasitoid little foreign country that’s called The District of Columbia?
