We talked about spoliation, destruction of evidence, but there are other problems from this week, illegal recess appointments, and failure to respond to subpoenas that has been a chronic problem.

One of the interesting computer ‘explosions’ lost forever the emails of researcher Phillip North, the key man in killing the gigantic Pebble Mine that had already had 200 million invested when the EPA killed it. Now North is incognito? Sure. The mine had gone a long way toward start-up before North played a big role in killing it by putting together a coalition of tribes and enviros.

North also found terrible enviro consequences in his research that caused the mine to be disapproved.
