Cruden Returns to the DOJ for EPA Work

I asked a friend, Sel Graham, attorney, petrol reserves engineer, also a West Pointer, to look into the report of John Cruden returning to DOJ work for the EPA.

I reported the elated report from the greenies.

Here’s what Sel had to say:
John Charles Cruden, West Point Class of 1968, born in Kansas, branch upon graduation: military intelligence (i.e. not a combat arm), JD degree: Santa Clara University 1974, branch: judge advocate general corps, retired colonel 1991.
Chief Environmental Enforcement Section, DOJ, 1991-95. Deputy Assistant Attorney General, ENRD, DOJ, 1995. Chair, ABA Section on Environmental Energy & Natural Resources, 2009-10.
Nothing about any actual scientific education or experience in the field of energy or environment.
As to the Exxon Valdez litigation, why did he not disclose the prosecution secret that THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD ORDERED EXXON NOT TO EXECUTE ITS COAST GUARD-APPROVED SPILL PLAN WHEN AIRCRAFT WERE ON THE RUNWAY FILLED WITH THE DESICCANT TO ABSORB THE OIL AND DROP THE OIL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN TO DECAY?
Sel Graham
West Point Class of 1951
60 years of energy experience, including Exxon’s back-up maritime attorney
Retired Infantry Colonel
Thanks Sel.
I already pointed out that Cruden’s involvement in the Love Canal and Times Beach Debacles is not something to brag about.
