Keystone XL Approved?

One major hurdle has been passed (or repassed).  How much longer and how much more costly?TransCanada is pleased but cautiously optimistic.  Their estimated cost has gone from $2 billion to $4.5 billion.  The environmental impact of that pipe line is very likely zero since the fields will be developed and the oil will be transported for refining by rail or pipeline.

  1. Obama will continue to do what he has always done – defer a decision because it knows the approval is the correct decision and he doesn’t wnat to make the correct decision and the politically correct decision will kick his union friends in the face.
