Michigan medical board refuses to investigate doc who admits to unsafe EPA human experiments

Apparently it does not violate the Michigan Public Health Code to conduct illegal and dangerous human experiments on behalf of the EPA.

Note the lack of explanation for why unsafe and illegal human testing doesn’t violate the Michigan Public Health Code.

  1. I guess this means PM2.5 is not as dangerous as they said. In fact, it appears to be perfectly safe.

  2. Is their not a legal option here. I mean is this not a SS-Hauptsturmführer Mengel slogan that we can hang round the Michigan Boards neck.

  3. How can Milloy’s lawsuit about this testing not have standing, while the collusive lawsuits against the EPA for not regulating things like wood burning stoves pass the standings test?
