Obama rejects calls to end biofuels mandate

Reuters reports:

President Barack Obama’s energy and climate adviser on Thursday dismissed calls by critics, including oil companies and some Republican lawmakers, to repeal a federal mandate for the use of renewable fuels.

  2. Of course Obama is rejecting calls to roll back ethanol and biofuel mandates. His health-nanny friends have managed to libel high-fructose corn syrup but his farm friends need to sell corn, so he’s going to tamper more with markets. Meanwhile, high corn prices harm the poorest around the world. Who think Obama is their friend.
