  1. It is easy to see why wind powered electricity is three times as expensive as coal generated electricity.

  2. It’s not a failure if the goal is “wealth transfers and destruction of wealth and constraint of productivity and reduction of standards of living and…”

    If it worked, it would work on its own. If something only works on subsidies, it is a failure.
