  1. I imagine a diet of soda only would be a poor health choice. A diet of bread and meat only used to cause scurvy. Some foods that we enjoy might include more sugar and fewer trace elements than, say, an orange or a lean chicken breast. We eat for nourishment and for enjoyment; nannies, please shut the heck up.

  2. I don’t drink sugary sodas and for the reasons stated by the author. However, that’s my choice. Judge Neopolitano lost 60 pounds giving up wheat products. That’s his choice. Just give me the facts and the gov’t should butt out of my business.
