Shame to have to point it out, but pipelines are everything a green should like in the world of transportation alternatives.

    • That assumes that the greens are powered by logic. The evil pipeline is a rally point for them. It doesn’t matter that the Canadians are going to develop the resource, transport and sell it to any buyer or that transport into the US will happen by either pipeline or truck and rail. The pipeline is the less polluting method, but it doesn’t matter. Do the green troops really believe that their opposition to the pipeline will stop this production? Who is making the profits on surface transportation?
