New Green Rules In California Take Safe Chemicals Out Of Use

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. That’s the approach California bureaucrats are taking to implement the state’s 2009-passed “green chemistry” law. Unfortunately, if they do eventually succeed, it could cost consumers and the economy dearly.

  1. What is the difference between “fossil-based” (i.e. carbon based) and “bio-based” (i.e. carbon based)? I thought it all was bio, unless you subscribe to the abiotic oil theory.
