Not actually new, that’s what’s so embarrassing about it. That effort was flat-lining so badly after starting up sometime last summer that Anthony Watts felt compelled in November to spike their viewer numbers just to see what would happen: wattsupwiththat.com/2012/11/30/al-gores-reality-drop-is-a-bomb-so-lets-give-him-a-hockey-stick/ I was their 56th Twitter follower for a decent length of time, then a few more trickled in until today, where they “announced” their introduction again (also via email) which pumped up the followers by 400 or so.
