  3. Hey, I saw the documentary “Megalodon.” Especially the part where the 60-foot shark swallows the jet ski and jet skier whole.

  4. Idiot journalists. “May now be possible to alter the genetic makeup of a close relative” is NOT “the ability to reassemble an extinct animal’s genome”. Technology for the former is already available and in use, because they’re using live animals. Real scientists in the field scoff at the latter. Getting viable DNA from dead animals is another thing entirely. You can get snippets here and there, but the complete genome? Nope.
