Mr. Nocera writes a reasoned column that looks at how things are and are likely to be. Dr. Hansen opens with emotional loading (“dirtiest”) and manages to get worse (…”climate science is crystal clear.”). Okay, who would I believe?
By the way, Dr. Hansen’s understand of economics is worse than his understanding of climate.
Hansen at least admitted (could he do otherwise?) the stasis in recent global temperature. Somewhere about his person, he still has traces of scientist. Anyone like to hazard a guess just where those traces reside?
