James Hansen agitates in advance of Obama’s decision on Keystone XL.
“‘Moving to tar sands, one of the dirtiest, most carbon-intensive fuels on the planet, is a step in exactly the opposite direction, indicating either that governments don’t understand the situation or that they just don’t give a damn.’ He adds: ‘People who care should draw the line’.” [Scientific American]

Does any one give a damn about Hansen?
‘People who care should draw the line’.”
We have and you blew past it long ago, bozo.
No he doesn’t, otherwise we would have far more hydroelectric power under construction.
If the Tar sand were in the US, the EPA would have classified it as a superfund site. Canada is just having a private contractor clean it up for them and sell the waste to the US.
