Coal CEO prays for America; Outlines hardships to come for energy

  1. The four comments at the newspaper’s site were enough to make me gag. Murray may be right, the takers may have finally outnumbered the producers in this country. The race to the bottom is now accelerating. Do you suppose when everybody is equally poor they will be happy?

  2. Unless people being hammered step up and do/fund good science the EPA will be free to use whatever science they please.

  3. Several studies have shown that the majority of people are more concerned about not letting “the other guy” get ahead relative to themselves than they are concerned about their own absolute level of wealth and comfort. This week’s election appears to be conformation of those studies. “Fairness” trumps all.
