Court Asked for Emergency Restraining Order Against EPA Human Testing

The American Tradition Institute has filed last night an emergency motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against EPA’s ongoing human testing program.

  1. Has the EPA even filed a response to the suit yet?

  2. I guess we will find out if the EPA is above the law. Many suspect it, this should clarify it. Glad this is coming to light and people will see what the EPA really stands for.

  3. It will be interesting to track the Court’s response to this as they weigh the possible Risk to the public of continued experimentation versus the possible Cost to the government (and its cronies) of halting the work in progress until the case is decided on its merits. This will give an indication of how credible the court believes the plaintiff’s case is, or perhaps whether the court thinks the claims of the EPA about the dangers of such exposure are credible.
