CCS by compressing CO2 and pumping into underground storage is a profligate use of energy. This is just another of the unending pleadings for taxpayers’ money for uneconomic projects. Windmills should provide evidence enough that interventions on a large scale into the free operations of markets result in everyone having to pay more for the essentials of life, food energy clothing and shelter. Let people like this go to the market for their money.
