Pretentious, much?
A funny thing happened on the way to climate-change policy in Ontario — nearly everyone forgot their elementary-school lesson about photosynthesis and how plants remove carbon from the atmosphere.
Well yeah, Dave, atmospheric CO2 is plant food and really good for the biosphere. We’re glad you’ve finally caught up with us on that one.
Not quite how Dave is pitching it, however, see the Toronto Star piece

The Suzuki Foundation (wioth which David says he is no longer associated although his wife and daughter are the CEO and Chair) of course is the main customer for Hoggan Public Relations which produces the Desmog Blog. Which speaks volumes (they produced the original anti-denier PR strategy and run a campaign to penalize PR firms that represent clients who don’t buy in to the scam.)
Susuzki’s not only kooky and whacky but not so bright… he’s as obvious and naked as the picture above.
