This should be environmentalist’s worst nightmare (if it were actually true, of course). A car that runs on water means unlimited fuel, water right disputes, thousands of miles of new roads for the limitless driving we can now do, the cost of water skyrocketing, etc. etc. Any car that runs on war should be destroyed by the environmentalists, not the oil companies. Or maybe they can eliminate together…..
