Even during the Bush years America was reducing our per capita output of Satanic Gases due to efficiency gains and more switching to natgas, amongst other things. All the while the Euroweenies actually increased their “pollution” with all the insane Kyoto and other scam activities in place.
Folks on this site and elsewhere were prescient enough to understand that Kyoto, et al, were nothing more than Taxman Kabuki to disguise the real agenda – taking more of your money while accomplishing nothing. QED.
