This “opinion” is going to give me a stroke. Starting with the “brief primer on greenhouse gases,” which may as well have been written by Algore. Where and when did the EPA subject the IPCC to data quality standards? Science does not work by accepting without scrutiny the unsubstantiated claims of a political body of dubious character.
