Norwegian socialist PM Stoltenberg: Carbon capture project as important as Moon landing

Carbon capture has failed just about everywhere, but Norway – awash with money accrued from the sale of oil and gas from its vast offshore fields – is still trying to promote its image by investing in this less than successful technology.

The country´s socialist Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg – who has compared the carbon capture project in importance to a Moon landing – was upbeat when he opened the new billion dollar Mongstad carbon capture research centre:

  1. this is just a great story. europe is collapsing no jobs, all on welfare
    and now this idiot with too much time on his hands wants to capture co 2 when we have a world full of co 2.. without it we could not survive and he
    and dear Al gore want ot capture it.. why don,t we send these idiot on a
    one way ticket to mars .plenty of co 2 there.. what a bunch of MORONS.

  2. If he is so enamored of it, then he should send all that captured “carbon” to the moon.
